day 3: kathmandu fly to lukla (2800m) trek to phakding (2610m) 3 hrs
Day 4: phakding to namche (3440m) 5-6 hrs
Day 5: namche rest day & hike to viewpoint
Day 6: namche to tengboche (3860m) 5-6 hrs
Day 7: tengboche to dingboche (4410m) 5-6 hrs
Day 8: dingboce acclimatization day hike to nangakarshang (5010m)
Day 9: dingboche to lobuche (4910m) 4-5 hrs
Day 10: lobuche to gorashep & Everest base camp back to gorashep (5140m) 7-8 hrs
Day 11: gorashep to kala patthar (5545m) back to gorashep & back dawn to dingboche 7-8 hrs
Day 12: dingboche to chhukhung (4730m) 2 hrs
Day 13: chhukung to island peak base camp (4970) 3-4 hrs
Day 14: island peak base camp to summit island peak (6189m) back to chhukhung 11-13 hrs
Day 15: chhukhung to tengboche 4-5 hrs
Day 16: tengboch to monjo 5-6 hrs
Day 17: monjo to lukla
Day 18: lukla fly to kathmandu
Day 19: kathmandu shopping day
