Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 2: Sightseeing and Preparation Day
day 3: fly to lukla (2800m / 9186ft) & trek to phakding (2652m / 8,700ft) 3-4 hrs
Day 4: phakdint to namchebzzar (3440m / 11280ft) 5-6 hrs
Day 5: namchebzzer rest day
Day 6: namchebzzer to tengboche (3820 m) 5-6 hrs
Day 7: tengboche to dingboche (4410m) 5to 6 hrs
Day 8: dingboche acclmatizyion to nagakarsang (5090m) back to dingboche
Day 9: dingboche trek to lobuche (4940m) 5-6 hrs
Day 10: lobuche to gorakshep to everest base camp back to gorakshep 7-8 hrs
Day 11: goraskshep to hike up to kalapather (5550m) back to pherice 7-8 hrs
Day 12: pherice to tengboche 3-4 hrs
Day 13: tangboche to monjo
Day 14: monjo to lukla
Day 15: lukla fly back to kathmandu
Day 16: rest or shopping day in kathmandu
Day 17: departure for home
